Lectures on Monday 16th June:

Aula Magna. First floor of the central staircase in the lobby of the Faculty

 

Cadaver Course on Tuesday 17th June:

Dissection Room. Departament of Anatomy. Underground floor. Main entrance from Casanova Street 143

 

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

If you are a speaker

Speakers should turn their presentation to the audiovisual centre at least one hour before their presentation. The organizing secretariat recommends that PC based presentations should be stored in a CD o USB in order to avoid last minute computer-to-computer connections.

 

Badges:

For security and regulations reasons all participants are required to wear their badges atall times throughout the Congress and during the Social event.

  

Certificate of Attendance

A certificate of attendance will be included with the registration documents. 

 

Registration Desk

Registration hours:

Monday, 16th June: From 08:00 to 17:00 h.at the entrance of the Aula Magna

Tuesday, 17th June: From 08:30 to 16:00 h.at the entrance of the Cadaver Course

 

Credit cards are not accepted by the Congress Secretariat

Language

The official language of the Congress is English.

 

Liability and Insurance

The Organizers will not assume any responsibility for any damage or injuries to persons or property during the Congress. It is recommended that delegates and accompanying persons arrange for personal and health insurance. 

 

Meals and drinks

Coffee /Tea/Mineral Water and lunch will be served during the breaks.

 

Lost and Found

Lost items should be returned at the Congress information Desk. Should you lose of find anything, please report to this desk for assistance.

 

Message centre

No personal messages will be paged on the loudspeaker. Should you wish to leave a message for another participant, please report the Message to the Congress information desk.

 

Congress Dinner

All Registered participants are cordially invited to the Course Dinner which will take place in the Restaurant Asadorde Aranda. Accompanying persons may purchase tickets on Monday 16th at the Congress information Desk.

Reservations and Payments

Reservations should only be made using the menu “Registration”.

Upon receipt of payment, Active Congress will send you a confirmation by e-mail with all the details of the hotel accommodation and your payment status.

 

Cancellations and No Show

Registration and Hotel Reservation:

Cancellations received in writing before May 15th, 2014 will be fully reimbursed, minus 20 € for handling fees.

No refunds will be given after that date.
